Semi Detached House Extension & Renovation – Belfast Area

The Brief:

On a limited budget, to renovate and extend a semi-detached period townhouse with an existing traditional internal layout to better suit the needs of a modern family home.

The Solution:

To retain the existing single storey return, open up the rear wall of the two storey house, and connect the existing dining room to a re-modelled kitchen with the new addition of a small garden room.

This successfully connected the renovated / extended home to the garden whilst minimising the impact on the external area spaces and maximising the budget available.
